Paradiso

POSITION

Hotel Paradiso is situated inside a large private park just above Amandola’s historical center. Its location affords a splendid panorama of the Sibillini Mountains. Charming green niches and meandering paths in flower gardens characterise this family-run hotel.

STRUCTURE

This hotel, built by the Curi family in the 1960’s, has been completely renovated by the third generation of this same family. It features period furniture made by our local craftsmen. It has two inside dining rooms as well as a terrace for alfresco dining when weather permits.

ROOMS

There are 36 rooms, including 2 suites and 4 junior suites. In addition to these rooms, there are 2 apartments (no kitchens), each of which can accommodate four people. The rooms facing west have balconies with enchanting views of the Sibillini Mountains.

ACTIVITIES

In the shaded park just above the hotel there is a children’s playground as well as both tennis and basketball courts. At the further end of this park there is a small, but beautiful theatre, La Fenice, which periodically offers a variety of performances. For those interested in food and drink, cooking classes can be arranged with our chef as well as visits to local wineries. In addition, the management can recommend a wide variety of area activities and sightseeing.

CUISINE

Food preparation is overseen by the Curi family and is recommended in many gastronomic guides (Veronelli – Alberghi d’Italia Slow Food – Accademia Italiana della Cucina). In summer, both breakfast, for which Signora Enrica and Signora Manuela prepare homemade jams and pastries, and the main meals, featuring homemade pasta and regional specialties, can be enjoyed on the outside terrace.
